Contact: support@nannytank.co.za ## What the app does - **Hours & overtime** — an au pair logs start and end times per day; anything past their agreed normal hours is flagged as overtime automatically. - **Kilometres** — trips are logged with a description and distance, multiplied by an agreed per-km rate to produce a fuel/mileage claim. - **Monthly claim** — the month's hours, overtime and kilometres are compiled into an Excel claim and emailed to the employer, who approves it with one tap. - **Employer view** — a host family connects with a pairing code and gets a calendar of days worked, claim history, payslip PDF generation, a shared schedule, a daily kids' diary, and document expiry tracking. 14 days free, then a one-off purchase and nothing renews. Three ways to buy it, all one-time: the employer view alone is R699 (South Africa); **her app and yours together is R1 099, sold worldwide and charged in local currency** — a licence for the au pair as well as the employer view, for a family whose au pair is already placed and whose contract already works; and the Au Pair Setup Bundle is R1 299 (South Africa), which is both licences plus a BCEA employment contract pack, for a family who has just hired someone. An employer-bought licence for the au pair is the right to log and it lasts while she works for that employer: when she moves on her logging stops, and a licence for a NEW au pair is a further one-off purchase of R399 (less than the full price, and the same whether it is needed next month or in three years). The employer sets the new au pair up from inside their own app in one step, and that single payment both ends the old licence and issues the new code. Her RECORD is what is permanent — her account, every month she logged and the full spreadsheet export stay hers whatever happens to the licence, which is why she has a reason to keep it accurate. A licence the au pair buys HERSELF (R699 once, or R59 a month) is unconditional and cannot be switched off by anyone. The employer view is bought once, is not tied to any particular au pair, and is permanent. **Approving a claim is always free and needs no account** — it happens on a one-tap link emailed to the employer. NannyTank has no location tracking, geo-fencing or punctuality scoring: an employer sees nothing of the au pair's day unless she shares a pairing code she generates herself. - **Countries & currencies** — South Africa, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
