Refund Policy

1. Free trial

Every new NannyTank subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

2. No refunds after billing

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing period has been charged, we do not issue refunds or credits for that period, including for partial months or unused time.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date and will not be charged again.

4. Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@nannytank.co.za within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate. We reserve the right to issue a refund at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
